What does each score mean?
Your overall score runs from 0 to 100. It weights the four checks by how much they affect whether AI recommends you: AI visibility 40%, site readiness 25%, brand accuracy 20% and crawler access 15%.
AI visibility (40%)
How often ChatGPT names your brand across 3 buyer questions for your category, and how high in the answer. Being cited as a source counts too. You also see the sources AI cited for each answer and whether you appear in them.
What affects it: Your product data and structured data, and whether the lists, reviews, articles and forums AI cites in your category mention you.
Site readiness (25%)
Whether the structured data AI reads is present and complete on each page type, and whether your products have the details AI uses to recommend them. Your product page is shown side by side with the competitor AI named most.
What affects it: What your theme outputs, duplicate schema from apps (review apps especially), thin product descriptions, missing images and missing SKUs.
Brand accuracy (20%)
Whether ChatGPT describes your brand and what you sell correctly when someone asks about you by name.
What affects it: Your About page and Organization schema, consistent descriptions across your site, and what Amazon, press and reviews say about you.
Crawler access (15%)
Whether AI crawlers are allowed in your robots.txt and can actually load your pages.
What affects it: robots.txt rules, and bot protection or firewall settings that block AI crawlers without anyone noticing.
Why does this matter?
Shoppers increasingly ask ChatGPT what to buy, and it answers with a short list of brands. Those shoppers arrive ready to buy. If AI can't read your store or doesn't trust it, you're not on the list, and you never see the lost sale in your analytics. Read more about how AI search works and how to convert that traffic.
How is this check different from the full audit?
This check asks 3 questions written for your category. The AI Search and Conversion Audit runs 50 questions built from your own customers' language, repeats them, maps the competitors and sources AI cites instead of you, and adds a full conversion review and a prioritized plan.
