The problem

Right now, the store runs through you.

Every fix, app decision, and freelancer question lands on your desk, and growth waits until you have time. Here are the usual ways out, and what each one costs.

Option 1

Hire full time

$150K+ / year
  • Salary, benefits, and recruiting fees
  • Months to hire, then more months to ramp
  • Still need a developer and designer underneath them
Option 2

Stitch together vendors

4 invoices / month
  • Developer, designer, email agency, social freelancer
  • None of them talk, none of them own revenue
  • You become the project manager
The better option

One person running it, on retainer

From $3,000 / month
  • Senior lead who builds and directs everything
  • First changes ship in week one
  • Month to month, no recruiting, no ramp

What I do

Everything Shopify, handled.

Not a task list. I treat your store like a full time head of ecommerce would: set the plan, do the work, and answer for the results.

01

I find the money

Audits and clear recommendations on where the store is losing sales, ranked by what will pay back fastest.

02

I build it myself

Code changes, design, testing, and email, done hands on. Nothing waits in a queue for someone else.

03

I run everyone else

Apps, agencies, and freelancers touching the store go through me, so you stop being the project manager.

04

I report on the numbers

Monthly reporting on conversion, order value, and repeat revenue, and what I'm doing next.

What that covers

Store and development

Theme builds, custom sections, apps and integrations, site speed, migrations, and the technical health nobody else is watching.

Design and UX

Product pages, landing pages, collections, cart, and mobile, designed to sell and kept consistent with your brand.

Conversion and testing

A/B tests, funnel analysis, offers and pricing, and checkout fixes that turn the traffic you already pay for into buyers.

Retention and email

Klaviyo flows and campaigns, subscriptions, upsells, and post-purchase, so every customer is worth more over time.

Analytics and reporting

Clean tracking, a KPI dashboard you actually read, and a monthly review of what moved and what's next.

Marketing, content, and brand

Social and content direction, launch and promo planning, brand consistency, and managing your freelancers and agencies.

Results

What changes when someone is running your store.

Real outcomes from past clients. Names withheld, since most of my work is under NDA or white label.

Skincare · Ongoing retainer
+71%
conversion rate, same ad spend

A store that leaked buyers became one that improves every month.

Before: one hero product carried the business, products were buried, and the mobile cart fought shoppers.
After: shoppers get guided to the right product, checkout on a phone is effortless, and organic revenue grew 62% in 6 months.
Subscriptions · Retention
7% → 32%
subscription opt-in

Over 4x more customers choosing subscribe and save.

Before: strong first orders, weak repeat revenue, and subscription and upsell apps working against each other.
After: subscribing is the obvious choice on every page, every order gets a relevant upsell, and AOV is up 18%.
Supplements · Site rebuild
7.9s → 2.1s
mobile load time

A rebuild that paid for itself in 6 weeks.

Before: an old, bloated theme with 20+ apps, slow pages, and simple changes that took days and a developer.
After: a fast new theme the team can edit themselves, half the apps, and conversion up 24%.

Your first 90 days

Month 1
Stop the leaks

Fix tracking, speed, and the product pages and cart where buyers drop off. The quickest money is almost always here.

Month 2
Make every order worth more

Upsells, subscriptions, and Klaviyo flows that raise order value and bring customers back.

Month 3
Build the growth engine

A running testing roadmap, a launch and promo calendar, and content direction, so the store keeps compounding.

Past client outcomes, shown as examples. Not a guarantee of results for any other store.

Ways to work together

An audit, a project, or the whole store.

Whatever your store needs, from a second opinion to someone running it day to day.

Advise

An audit, or the Advisor plan at $1,000 a month: I review the store, rank what to fix, and your team or agency does the work. Good if you have developers and want someone deciding what matters.

Build

A specific project or a batch of fixes: new product pages, speed, subscriptions, a theme rebuild, Klaviyo flows. I ship it and hand it back.

Run

I take over the store on a monthly plan. Strategy, development, conversion, email, and reporting, all handled.

See the plans below.

Pricing

Start small, or hand me the keys.

Flat monthly retainers, billed in advance. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, month to month.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer waits for your task list. I write the list, decide what's worth doing, do the work, manage anyone else touching the store, and report on the results. You stop managing the website.

How much of my time will this take?

One strategy call a month on Operator, or a short weekly call on Head of Ecommerce, plus quick approvals when something needs your sign off. Everything else runs through me.

Who is this for?

Shopify brands doing $15K a month or more, with real traffic and a product that sells. If you're pre-launch or looking for the cheapest developer available, I'm not the right fit, and I'll say so.

Which plan is right for me?

If your team or agency can make the changes and you want someone deciding what matters, Advisor. If you need the store built, fixed, and optimized for you, Operator. If you want one person running ecommerce, including marketing direction and your vendors, Head of Ecommerce. Not sure yet? Start with a Sprint.

Do you create the content and run social yourself?

I set the direction, plan the content, and create what fits, like site content, email, and product pages. For high volume production I direct your team or freelancers so it stays on brand and tied to revenue.

How fast will I see results?

The first changes ship in week one. Most clients see measurable movement within the first month.

Do you bill hourly?

No. Plans are flat monthly retainers. Scope is agreed on our first call and reviewed every month.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Month to month after the first month, with 30 days notice.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, as a white label Shopify developer. See the agencies page .

Know a brand that needs help running their store?

Introduce us. When they sign, you get 10% of their first 3 months, paid once their third payment clears.
